Registered packages which are sent through SingPost can be tracked using Swyft's Tracking Feature (click here for link). See the table below for an explanation of the different status messages.


  • After you handover a package, it may take up to 5 - 7 working days for the status of the package to be updated.


  • For Unregistered packages, no tracking information is available.


  • If the status of the package has not been updated, or where there is no confirmation of delivery, an inquiry can be raised, please follow the instructions given here.



The table below gives an explanation of the different status messages.

The given tracking number may be incorrect, please verify the number and try again.

OR

The package has not had a scan yet.


Check the tracking number and try again.


Please allow up to 7 working days for an initial scan of the package.
Arrived at Singapore Post Regional Facility

The first leg of the package delivery has been completed, it will now be sorted at the regional hub by SingPost.



Dispatched to overseas 

The package has been sorted and dispatched to the destination country



Held at customs

The package has been held by the Customs Authority of the destination country. It may be necessary for the recipient to liaise with the respective customs office to complete delivery of the package



Inform the recipient of the status. If the recipient does not receive any communication from the customs office, they may need to make an inquiry to the respective customs authority

Arrival at Destination Post

The package has been received by the postal service of the destination country and will be processed for final delivery



Arrival at Processing Center

The package has been received by a regional sorting / processing hub in the destination country


Update the customer on the status, and let them know to expect delivery of the package
Receive item at sorting center

The package has been received by a regional sorting / processing hub in the destination country


Update the customer on the status, and let them know to expect delivery of the package
Receive item at delivery office 

The package has been received by a local hub or post office in the destination country



Update the customer on the status, and let them know to expect delivery of the package

Send item out for physical delivery 

The package has been sent out for delivery from the local hub or post office



Update the recipient on the status, and let them know to expect delivery of the package

Product Delivered 

The package has been delivered



Attempted/Failed Delivery 

An attempt was made to deliver the package, but it wasn't successful. The recipient's local post office may try to deliver the package again, or they may hold it for pickup by the recipient

(There may be no further updates to the tracking status)


Inform the recipient of the attempted delivery, and instruct them to contact their local delivery hub or post office to retrieve the package

Depending on the country, they will hold the package for a limited time before returning it
In transit to (AIRMAIL TRANSIT CENTRE) 

Attempts to deliver the package have been unsuccessful, and the package has been returned. It is in transit to the SingPost regional sorting hub in Singapore

(There may be no further updates to the tracking status)
