- Please confirm non-receipt of item with the recipient before submitting an inquiry. Do save evidence of non-receipt (emails, messages, etc) as the service providert may require this for further investigation.

For Registered packages -
- After 20 working days from date of first scan.
- Inquiry must be made within six (6) months from the date of label creation.
- Registered Service provides an added security for mail items up to 2 kg, but offers limited online tracking capability.
- Confirmation of delivery is entirely up to the Postal service of the destination country (Overseas Postal Administration), some countries offer better tracking than others.
- If there is no further status of the Registered mail item after going overseas, it may have been delivered to the recipient although some overseas postal administration do not provide scan or online delivery status updates. This may happen in about 4 - 5% of the cases.
- The Overseas Postal Administration will be contacted as part of our investigation, but do note that under Universal Postal Regulation, they can take up to 60 days to respond (from the date of inquiry).
- Please allow up to 60 days for us to investigate and respond fully before contacting us again.
